Method

AI reads, cross-checks and prepares. A professional verifies, concludes and signs off.

This division of roles covers more documents without compromising on reliability.

Every figure has a source

Document, page, date. Anything unsourced is presented as an estimate, with its method.

A professional concludes and signs off

AI does the groundwork. The conclusions, the red flags and the signature belong to a member of the network.

Limitations are written down

What was not seen, what is self-reported, what remains to be verified: every note ends with its sources and its limitations.

Your data stays confidential

Tools chosen for confidentiality, access limited to the engagement team, and none of your documents reused to train models.

  1. 01Scoping

Scope, sources, timetable and information request list.

  2. 02Analysis

AI-assisted collection and cross-checking. Red flags are reported to you as they arise.

  3. 03Reporting

A reviewed and signed report, with its sources and limitations, followed by a Q&A session.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

AI, confidentiality, how an engagement runs.

Does AI make your analysis less reliable?

It makes it more complete. It lets us read an entire data room and cross-check every figure against its sources. Reliability comes from the method: every figure is sourced, every conclusion is reviewed and signed off by a professional.

Are my documents safe?

Yes. Our tools are chosen and configured with confidentiality as the priority: access limited to the engagement team, written rules on what may be passed to a third-party service, and no document reused to train models. These rules can be written into your confidentiality agreement.

Do you work for funds or for companies?

Both. Before every due diligence, we check for any conflict of interest with the target company and confirm it to you in writing.

How long does a due diligence take?

Our typical timetable is three weeks, aligned with the deal timetable, with a red-flag note from the second week.

Where do you work?

We are based in Paris. We travel on site for the key moments of an engagement, anywhere in France. The rest is done remotely.

Do I need to change my software to use AI?

Usually not. AI plugs into your existing tools (accounting, ERP, spreadsheets, CRM). We start from your current setup, without a costly overhaul.
